Event Details:

Join us at the Paramount Event Space on Tuesday, October 8th and Wednesday, October 9th, 2024 in Woodbridge, Ontario. We will also be hosting several webinars throughout the fall, to ensure we can connect with our broader conservation community across Ontario.

Registration is now open to attend the two-day symposium. Find details of what is covered in the registration fee here! Please note that registration covers both days (October 8th and 9th). Registration will remain open until September 23rd, 2024, or until we have reached event capacity. 

Registration Details:

To best serve each attendee, you must complete a suite of questions on the registration page. It is essential that each guest select their preferred session/workshop for Tuesday, October 8th, 2024 (if applicable), as well as your preferred concurrent sessions. For details on the options for session, workshops and concurrent sessions, please refer to the 2024 program here. 

Payment for registration is the final step in this process. Prior to completing the registration please note the following:

1. Payment is only accepted using VISA or Mastercard through the registration system. Please contact Lauren McPherson should you have any questions.
2. Refunds will be processed after the event.   Cancellations must be submitted in writing or by email to Lauren McPherson. Refunds will be provided for requests received by Friday September 27, less a $25 administrative fee. We cannot provide refunds for cancellations due to inclement weather. 
3. Should you no longer be able to attend, but would like to substitute your spot with a colleague, please contact Karen Anderson and provide the information found in the registration questions (should any sessions differ from the previous choices).

Please note that funding is available for Indigenous, Black, youth, and other underrepresented groups to attend the Symposium and for those who may require accessibility accommodations. This funding can cover registration, travel, and accommodation costs and is provided on an as-needed basis. Please fill in the online form or email Karen Anderson at karen@allsetinc.ca
